Overview

General Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Expedite Support Coordinator is to provide analysis and reporting support to the expedite management team. The Expedite Support Coordinator provides daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to various business units within the Medina Campus. This position works closely with operations.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operations reports, ad hoc and as scheduled
  • Create graphs as needed for data presentation
  • Support Expedite Operations in identifying margin opportunities
  • Prepare Expedite Sales commission calculations and payments
  • Support finance department with standard and specialized reports
  • Prepare monthly Operations goals
  • Support Expedite Sales by maintaining various databases and providing reporting as needed

Qualifications

Required Education, Experience, Certification, Licenses, Registration:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferable in Accounting or Finance
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Finance or Accounting environment
  • Experience working with sales personnel preferred

 

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel required. Must be able to efficiently create and work with spreadsheets and formulas.
  • Basic knowledge of other Microsoft applications including Word and Outlook.
  • Experience with Cognos preferred
  • Ability to research issues and recommend solutions
  • Strong ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to flexibly work under pressure and deadlines
  • Positive attitude and desire to learn

 

Work Environment:

  • This is a corporate office environment with multiple workstations. Each employee will have his/her own workstation.
