Overview

The PACE Coordinator position is responsible for supporting various departments and users consuming data from the ArcBest Master Data and legacy systems (AIMS, PUCM) while focusing on aligning with our corporate goals and values through data integrity. The position provides continuous improvement around account integrity and both internal and external customer support while managing various projects and requests from those we support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support in the following systems: AIMS, PACE, Panther UCM, and PACE UCM
  • Audit all accounts across Panther operating systems for duplication, proper rates, proper sales coding, and proper vertical alignment
  • Creation and setup of new accounts for Billing, Operations, Sales, and Financial Services as requested
  • Modify, update, and maintain existing account information
  • Various reporting and distribution for the enterprise both regular and as requested (Expedite Shipment activity)
  • Proper set-up of multi-location account locations
  • Creation and maintenance of Arcb.com user profiles and passwords
  • Arcb.com customer support via phone and email
  • Provide assistance to Sales, Operations, Billing, Financial Services, and Marketing as pertaining to the various operating systems
  • Apply and maintain sales credit requests (VC for Expedite)
  • Provide the highest level of customer service for both internal and external customers
  • Continuous PACE support for the expedite sales team
  • Build, develop, and grow all internal business relationships
  • Improve quality, productivity, and effectiveness through the Quality Process
  • Work and contribute in a team setting to accomplish overall department, company and individual goals.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education, Experience, Certification, Licenses, Registration:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of administrative or office management experience highly desired

  • Panther systems proficiency
  • Outstanding Microsoft Office suite knowledge
  • Strong time management and project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and de-prioritize daily functions
  • General transportation knowledge necessary
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Strong communicator with exceptional organizational skills
  • Maintain a positive attitude in a highly intense environment
