The primary responsibility of the Owner-Operator Experience Specialist is the retention of the Panther Fleet of Independent Owner/Operators and drivers. This goal is achieved through interaction with the Panther fleet to answer questions, explain and enforce corporate policies, plus by providing coaching and guidance to the fleet on how to be a successful and productive business partner.


  • Answer phone calls in a “Call Center” type environment
  • Identify root causation of problems as presented
  • Offer practical solutions to issues
  • Answer all questions based on research completed and company SOP’s
  • Other duties as assigned


Required Education, Experience, Certification, Licenses, Registration:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in a customer service environment (call center experience preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
  • Previous transportation and/or commercial driving experience is a plus

  • Ability to work independently
  • Must have an empathetic personality
  • Ability to provide research based solutions
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must enjoy working with people and have the ability to build cross-departmental relationships
